Experience the relaxed life of the countryside in our Farm Lodge De Roggesloot. This trendy residence is situated in a beautiful location at the rear of our farm, directly adjacent to the garden. This industrially and rurally decorated home with Texel elements features two double bedrooms. In one room, you’ll find a double bed, and in the other bedroom, there’s a comfortable bunk bed. Ideal for a couple or a young family, but less suitable for 3 or 4 adults (due to the bunk bed and space). It can accommodate a maximum of 1 baby crib.
Wonderful overnight stay on Texel
The home, built in a former cattle shed, features a cozy sitting area with a TV equipped with Chromecast. This allows you access to popular streaming service apps. If you have your own account for a streaming service, you can either log in or stream directly from your own device to the TV.
Adjacent to the living room, you’ll find the kitchen with a dining area. In the neat bathroom, there is a shower, sink, and toilet. For a bit of extra comfort, bed linen is already provided, and you’ll receive a shower towel set per guest. Of course, free fiber optic Wi-Fi is available, and there is the option to rent bikes and use a bread delivery service.
Child-friendly holiday spot
Right in front of the house, you’ll find a terrace with a barbecue and a communal green garden with a playground. Children can enjoy themselves here with various play equipment, including swings, a slide, sandbox, and go-karts that they are free to use. In short, it’s a child-friendly holiday accommodation. Across the road lies Hogezandskil, this special nature reserve is a paradise for bird enthusiasts.

Cancellation Policy
The cancellation fees for the Farm Lodge are as follows. In case of cancellation:
- More than 6 months before arrival – 30% of the rental amount
- Less than 6 months before arrival – 50% of the rental amount
- Less than 2 months before arrival – 75% of the rental amount
- One month or less before arrival – 90% of the rental amount
- All calculated from the booking date and arrival time of 3:00 pm.
- More than 6 days before the start date – 30% of the agreed rental amount
- 4, 5 or 6 days before the start date – 60% of the agreed rental amount
- 1, 2 or 3 days before the start date – 85% of the agreed rental amount
- Less than 1 day (< 24 hours) – 100% of the agreed rental amount
- All calculated from the booking date and arrival time of 3:00 pm.
