We make sure that you, your travel companions and your four-legged friend can all enjoy a relaxing stay on Texel. The island is ideally suited for a holiday with dogs, thanks to its vast natural landscapes and dog-friendly atmosphere.
Dogs are allowed on many beaches, and in various places they can run off-lead all year round. Dogs are also welcome in many beach pavilions and nature areas on Texel, allowing you to explore and walk endlessly together.
No long waiting times and plenty of space
From the TESO ferry you can drive straight to our holiday homes. Check-in is easy and without a stop at a reception desk. Thanks to our small-scale setup, it is almost never busy upon arrival – very convenient after your journey, especially when travelling with your dog.
During the booking process you can simply indicate that you are bringing a pet by selecting this as an extra option. This way we know you are coming together and can take it into account.
There is plenty of space on the large, green grounds around the farm to relax after arrival. The spacious garden and open surroundings make Hoeve Vianen a comfortable and practical place for a stay with your dog, with nature, walking routes and Texel’s outdoor life right on your doorstep.
Firework-free environment during New Year
For many dogs, New Year’s Eve is stressful due to loud fireworks. Our farm is surrounded by nature, meaning there is no nearby firework disturbance.
