When booking directly (via our website, e-mail or telephone) an accommodation at holiday farm Hoeve Vianen, you agree to our rental agreement, our general booking conditions and, where our conditions do not provide, with the Conditions for holiday homes HISWA RECRON . Only Dutch law applies to reservations.

Conditions when you book with us
Good to know
- All our room rates are from prices per accommodation , unless otherwise stated.
- All prices include energy costs, tourist tax (€ 2.30 p.p.p.n.) and municipal taxes, unless otherwise stated. The price you pay is therefore the total price. A security deposit is only required upon arrival.
- Check-in from 3 p.m. Check out before 10:00 (earlier check-in or later check-out is sometimes possible in consultation).
- Hoeve Vianen reserves the right to change the accommodation prices at any time.
- Smoking is not allowed in any accommodation.

Your personal data
From May 25, 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), legislation that must better protect the privacy of citizens, and therefore our guests, will apply throughout Europe. The GDPR replaces the Personal Data Protection Act. The GDPR sets strict requirements for how we as an entrepreneur should handle personal data. Of course we fully respect these conditions. However, when purchasing a service or making a reservation at Hoeve Vianen, you agree to our general terms and conditions.
We use private data such as name, address, e-mail address and telephone number. We only do this for communication about our service and services and your reservation. Hoeve Vianen will not provide your data to third parties and will only use this data for making a reservation, purchasing services and services and direct communication. If you object to the above, we will hear from you and we will remove your private data from our system. More information about personal data can be found in our privacy statement.
Cancel 10- & 12-person accommodations
• In the event of cancellation more than 6 months before the commencement date, 30% of the agreed rent applies
• In the event of cancellation less than 6 months before the start date, 50% of the agreed rental amount applies
• In case of cancellation less than 2 months before the commencement date, 75% of the agreed rent applies.
• In case of cancellation of one month or less before the commencement date, 90% of the agreed rent applies.
All calculated from the booking date and with an arrival time of 3 pm.
Canceling 2-4-person accommodations
• More than 6 days before the start date, 30% of the agreed rental amount applies
• At 4.5 or 6 days before the start date, 60% of the agreed rent applies
• At 1,2 or 3 days before the start date, 85% of the agreed rent applies.
• Less than 1 day (< 24 hours) 100% of the agreed rent applies.
All calculated from the booking date and with an arrival time of 3 pm.
No Show
In case of no-show, the guest is in all cases obliged to pay the entire reservation value.
Have you booked, but not through us directly?
In the event of a cancellation, you must contact the party where you made the booking to cancel.
Depending on the channel where you have booked, this party may have different and/or additional terms and conditions that you have agreed to. The conditions of this party where you have booked will then apply. Vakantieboerderij Hoeve Vianen is not liable for deviating conditions/rules of other parties.
