Take out travel insurance
We recommend that all our guests take out travel insurance, unless you already have continuous coverage. Should you unexpectedly be unable to come, in many cases, you can rely on this insurance to cover any incurred costs.
You are going on a trip with family or friends. Although you’d rather not think about it, it is still wise to take out cancellation insurance for your travel group. Group Insurance
You can take out group insurance if your travel group consists of more than 4 families or 9 travelers (who are not family members). Enter the name “Hoeve Vianen” in the accommodation name field, and in the rental amount field, enter the total rental amount of your reservation.
Short-Term Cancellation Insurance
You can take out short-term cancellation insurance if you are traveling with fewer people than required for group insurance. Enter the name “Hoeve Vianen” in the accommodation name field, and in the rental amount field, enter the total rental amount of your reservation.
Risk fund
We also offer a risk fund, an alternative to travel insurance. Depending on your situation, you can consider what the best option is. In certain situations, participation in the risk fund indemnifies you against cancellation costs due to force majeure and indemnifies you against costs in accordance with our cancellation conditions.
